The Simple Signature application is open for use by by any company with an existing Salesforce.com instance, allowing for some features that are not compatible with some Salesforce editions, and some features that are available only to paying customers.

Our application is built to be 100% inside of the customer's controlled environments. No parts of this application sit on our servers. It is completely installed into the customer's Salesforce instance, and some templates are optionally hosted in the customer's Google Apps Suite.
